NOTICE-- OIL PRICE UPDATE - 2008 - 2009:
CMAOA board of directors have selected J & S Oil as the preferred vendor for oil.
J&S Oil purchased a certain amount of oil and is offering it to our members first-come first-serve basis at $4.54 per gallon until sold out, K1 is $4.94. Once it is gone there will not be another lock in amount.
If you want to lock in at the $4.54 per gallon with J&S Oil, you should call them as soon as possible. They can be reached at: 872- 2714 and 1-800-464-2714. Best time to call is after 12:00 noon.
If you do not wish to lock in, you can continue to purchase oil at the daily price which is $.23 over the average price out of Portland, Me. The price changes daily, and can be found above.

Welcome to the Central Maine Apartment Owners Association!
With over 700 active members, CMAOA is one of the largest organized landlord associations in Maine. Our members own or manage more than 3,000 rental units.
Our site has two simple goals:
- Provide our members and prospective members with timely information about industry and association news, educational opportunities, legislative advocacy efforts, and membership benefits.
- Provide renters with information and resources that will help them understand lease contracts and the laws that govern the landlord / tenant relationship. We want to help tenants and prospects with problems they may be experiencing.
